Tunnel Type Shot Blasting Machine Manufacturer

Tunnel Type Shot Blasting Machine Manufacturer

The Airless Shot Blasting Machine - Tunnel Type is a continuous, high-production system for cleaning long or flat components such as plates, structures, pipes, beams, and sections. Components pass through the blast chamber on a conveyor while multiple blast wheel units clean the whole surface in a single pass.

This is the parent tunnel system, offered in three conveyor configurations to suit the job: roller conveyor for plates and beams, belt or chain conveyor for heavy or irregular fabrications, and diabolo rollers that rotate pipes and round jobs for full circumferential cleaning. It suits fabrication lines that need uninterrupted production, fast throughput, and reliable surface preparation before painting or coating.

Available Configurations

  • Roller Conveyor Type
  • Belt / Conveyor Type
  • Diabolo Roller Type (for pipes / round jobs

Smart Process Overview

Working Principle

Components are loaded onto the inlet conveyor and carried into the blast chamber. Inside the tunnel, several high-speed shot blasting turbine units set at optimized angles throw abrasive onto the surfaces from every side.

The conveyor keeps moving so the whole length of the part is exposed to the stream for complete, even cleaning. For pipes or round jobs, diabolo rollers rotate the component as it passes, so the full circumference is reached.

Used abrasive falls into the hopper and is recovered through screw conveyors, a bucket elevator, and an air wash separator for reuse. The dust collector extracts dust and fines, and cleaned components exit on the outlet conveyor ready for the next process.

Engineered Output Parameters

Technical Details

The Tunnel Type machine is fully customizable and built to order. Because job width, length, weight, throughput, and required finish vary widely from one plant to the next, specifications are engineered to each client's requirement rather than fixed to standard models. Blast wheel count and power, chamber size, conveyor type, and line speed are all configured to suit the components being processed.

Why Choose Tunnel Type Machine

The Airless Shot Blasting Machine - Tunnel Type is built for continuous mass production, where long and flat components need efficient cleaning in a single pass. It delivers high productivity, repeatable finish quality, and reliable automated handling.

Because it comes in roller, belt, and diabolo versions, one tunnel platform covers plates, heavy structures, and pipes alike. Its easy integration with painting and coating lines makes it a preferred choice for modern fabrication plants.
