Jinil builds custom turnkey pipe blasting lines for line pipes, structural tubes, and steel pipes of different sizes. Turnkey simply means we handle the full job, from design to a machine that’s ready to run. When operators blast pipes by hand, long pipes take a lot of time, and each operator’s finish looks a bit different. With an automatic pipe blasting machine, that problem goes away. Inside, the rollers are tilted just a little, so the pipe turns as it moves forward. While it turns, the blast wheels clean the outer surface using steel shot or grit.
As an automatic pipe shot blasting machine manufacturer in India, we design and build every line in our own factory, from the blast wheels to the roller conveyor. If you need the inside cleaned as well, we can add an internal blasting machine setup for the bore. We start by looking at your pipe sizes and daily count, and only then plan the line. Our service team stays with you after start-up too, for commissioning, spare parts, AMCs, and 24/7 support.
Smart Process Overview
Shot blasting pipes removes rust, mill scale, and old coating before painting. It starts with loading, when the operator places the pipe on the infeed roller conveyor. The rollers sit at a slight angle, so in the moving-through step the pipe turns on its own and slowly enters the chamber.
During blasting, steel shot or grit from the blast wheels hits the pipe. Because the pipe keeps rotating, the blast reaches the full outer surface, and the wheel layout is set for your pipe size.
For abrasive recovery and cleaning, used shot drops into a hopper. It then goes up through a screw conveyor and bucket elevator to the separator, where dust, fines, and broken pieces are removed. The dust collector draws dust out of the chamber the whole time the machine runs.
Once the pipe is clean, unloading is the last step. It leaves on the outfeed conveyor and can go straight for coating.
Built With Precision Components
Blast Chamber
The steel chamber where the blasting is done.
Blast Wheels
They throw steel shot or grit at high speed. If your pipes are big or your output is high, you may need a few more.
Skew Roller Conveyor
The angled rollers turn the pipe and move it forward at the same time.
Abrasive Recovery System
Used shot travels back through a hopper, a screw conveyor, and a bucket elevator.
Separator
Dust, fines, and broken shot are taken out here, so only good shot is used again.
Dust Collector
Its cartridge or bag filters pull dust out of the chamber.
Wear Protection Liners
Shot hits the inner walls all day, so these liners take the impact and can be replaced when worn.
Entry and Exit Seals
Fitted at both ends, they stop most of the shot from escaping as pipes go in and out.
Control Panel
One panel, from which the operator runs the wheels, conveyors, and dust collector.
Jinil is a leading pipe shot blasting machine manufacturer in India. We design and build pipe blasting machines, internal blasting setups, roller conveyors, abrasive recovery, and dust collection systems. The main parts are designed and built in our own factory, so they are made to work together, and you deal with one team from the first layout to after-sales support.
With in-house manufacturing, everything is designed and made in our own factory. We plan the right fit around your pipe diameter, length, and output. You get a complete line, as the machine, conveyors, and dust collection come from one supplier. For easy installation, we plan the layout together with your team. Our after-sales care covers spare parts, upgrades, and AMCs.
From Enquiry to Installation
It begins with Requirement Analysis, where we check your pipe sizes, output, and floor space. Then, in Machine Configuration, we plan the wheels, conveyors, and automation. The last stage is Installation and Commissioning, where our team installs the machine, sets it up, and tests it.
There’s no fixed price for a Pipe Shot Blasting Machine. The cost depends on the pipe size range, number of blast wheels, conveyor length, and automation level. We quote based on your actual pipes and output.
Pipes go into very different jobs, from oil and gas lines and water pipelines to boiler tubes and structural frames. In each case, the coating only lasts if the pipe is cleaned properly first. As a Pipe Shot Blasting Machine Manufacturer in India, Jinil builds machines to suit each of these industries, whether you clean small tubes in large numbers or long, heavy line pipes. For plants that need the bore cleaned, we can also add internal blasting.
Industrial Solutions
Plants use our Pipe Shot Blasting Machines to clean and prepare:
Steel pipes before coating: Paint and epoxy won’t bond to rust. Blasting takes it off and leaves the steel slightly rough, so the coating has something to hold on to.
Oil and gas line pipes: A line pipe can be several metres long. The machine keeps the finish the same along that whole length before anti-corrosion coating.
Water and sewage pipelines: Once they’re buried, nobody can recoat them easily. That’s why the surface is cleaned well before lining or wrapping.
Structural tubes and hollow sections: In frames and structures, every side of a tube is on show. That’s why we clean it all the way round.
Boiler and pressure pipes: Inspectors need to see clean metal. Weld marks and scale are blasted off first, and then the pipe goes for inspection or coating.
Inner pipe surfaces: The bore is cleaned using the internal blasting setup.
Old and reused pipes: Worn coating and rust are stripped right back to bare metal, ready for a fresh coat.

Additional System Enhancements
Depending on your line, Jinil can add:
A spark arrestor prevents hot sparks from reaching the filters.
It pulls out small metal particles mixed in with the shot.
You’ll know when the shot is running low and needs a top-up.
Noise around the machine drops, which helps people working nearby.
Pipes can go straight from the blaster to the paint line.
It’s a machine that cleans steel pipes. A pipe shot blasting machine fires steel shot or grit at the pipe, which knocks off rust, mill scale, and dirt. The pipe comes out with a rough finish, and that’s what helps paint and coating stay on.
Angled rollers do two jobs at once: they keep the pipe turning and push it into the chamber. Blast wheels hit it with shot, and the used shot is collected, cleaned, and reused. The dust collector keeps pulling dust out during the whole cycle.
Carbon steel and alloy steel pipes, line pipes, structural tubes, and hollow sections can all be cleaned. Our team sets up the machine for your diameter range and pipe length.
Yes. The standard setup only cleans the outer side of the pipe. If you also need the inside cleaned, we can add an internal blasting machine setup.
Coatings need a clean, rough surface to grip, and blasting gives the pipe exactly that. Your team also does much less hand work, and every batch of pipes comes out with the same finish.
It cleans steel pipes before painting, epoxy coating, or wrapping. Pipe makers, oil and gas suppliers, and pipeline contractors use a steel pipe shot blasting machine the most.
Before anything else, note down your pipe size range, your longest pipe, and the number of pipes you clean daily. Also see if you need the inside of the pipe cleaned. Send these details to our team, and we’ll suggest the right machine.
Yes. When we install it, our team adjusts the roller angle, wheel positions, and conveyor speed for your pipes. Depending on your size range, one machine can often handle different pipe diameters.
